Sell:
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and we'll replace
it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). All items
must be returned in their original condition, packaged items must be
returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Open Items (original
packaging removed or damaged) will be subject to a 15% restocking
charge. Defective items returned will be replaced at no cost to you -
we pay for shipping expenses on defective item returns in the case of
replacing a defective item.
Special Order Items:
If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at
no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we
cannot issue a return authorization or refund because we are unable to
recover our cost on Special Order Items. We do our best to minimize the
chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to
process your order.
To Return An Item, Please Follow
These Steps:
1. Contact our offices at 651-488-0800 Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm CT, or
click
here for a RMS Form to request a RMA number (Return Material
Authorization). Please provide the invoice number for the items to be
returned.
2. Pack the returns properly to prevent damage during shipping, include
a copy of your invoice and the RMA Form.
3. Write the RMA Number on the outside of the package. Return packages
without RMA Numbers will not be accepted.
4. Ship returns with a carrier tracking number (recommended for your
protection) to: The Window Technicians, Inc. P.O. Box 38 Maiden Rock,
Wisconsin 54750
5. The Window Technicians can not be responsible for
returns lost or damaged in shipment.
Please note:
1. Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a
restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.
2. Defective items returned after the 30 day period will be
processed for Replacement Only.
3. Special-Order items are not eligible for return unless defective and
must be returned within 30 days to receive merchandise credit.
4. Purchases made with credit cards, checks, cash, or money orders will be
refunded by check.
5.The Window Technicians can not be responsible for
returns lost or damaged in shipment.
6. We will process your refund within 5 business days of the receipt of
the returned materials.
